AI
From Perth, we help WA organisations of every size start with AI: find out where you stand, train your people and take a first step with a fixed scope. For government and health, we start with governance and risk.
AI services
AI strategy, governance and delivery for WA organisations. We find where AI fits, govern it properly and apply it so the value lasts.

Every step stands on its own, and each one leads to the next. Most organisations start by learning, train their team, then build from there. The aim is the same at every step: less time on work that does not need you, and more value for your customers.
We work with the AI in the tools you already use: Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Atlassian Rovo.
Not sure where you stand? Take the AI readiness check.
Public courses at every level, from your first question to a skill your team reuses, plus AI governance for leaders. Small groups, online, open to anyone.

Ask about training for your teamAI set up across your organisation: the workspace, the rules for what information can go into it, and a library of approved skills your people can install.
See AI for SMEsSkills that teach AI how your organisation works, connectors (MCP servers) that let it read and act in your systems, and custom integrations that join those systems up.

For government and health
In government and health, the first question about AI is whether it can be used safely and accountably. So we start with governance and risk, and design the work to produce the evidence your approval processes ask for.
Agencies name an AI Accountable Officer and assess each AI project against the WA Government AI Policy and Assurance Framework, which covers privacy, security, transparency, explainability and contestability.
The WA Health AI Policy (MP 0193/25) has applied since 10 September 2025 to clinical, corporate, research and training use of AI, including free tools and personal devices used for work.
AI governance led by a consultant qualified as an AS ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Lead Implementer and an IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP)
Fixed-scope offer · for agencies
It includes a draft WA AI Assurance Framework self-assessment for the top one or two use cases.

AI
Artificial intelligence (AI) is already in Australian hospitals. But significant risks exist, including algorithmic bias, data drift, patient privacy and security concerns, lack of explainability, and unclear accountability when adverse outcomes occur. The question is whether Australian healthcare organisations have the governance frameworks required to manage these risks?

We can now submit a PSR to an API to test its quality. We liked the results so much we decided to make it public. You can try it against our reference PSR’s, or one of your own, at https://skillfuze.interfuze.com.au.

AI
Deployment of AI in healthcare depends on a genuine safety culture. In other words, the use of AI will be assessed not only through clinical safety lenses, but through regulatory, reputational, and ethical governance frameworks. Boards and executive teams will increasingly be accountable for AI system oversight in the same way they are for clinical risk.

AI transformation
AI transformation means redesigning how your organisation works so that AI is part of its processes, not a bolt-on tool. It starts with one process and the people who run it.
Our conversations are practical, not a sales pitch. We will tell you honestly where AI makes sense for you, where it does not, and what it will take to get there safely.
