AI transparency statement

Our staff use Claude, on Interfuze's Team plan, and Atlassian Rovo in their work, and only AI tools that Interfuze has reviewed and approved.

Our staff follow an internal AI acceptable use policy, approved by our directors, that sets out which AI tools they may use and what information they may use them with.

A person reviews all AI-assisted work before it is published, shared or relied on, and AI is never the only basis for a decision with a material or legal impact.

We use a client's code or data with an AI tool only with the client's consent, and we never put personal information into an AI tool. When we work in a client's systems, the client's own AI policies apply.

Claude is on commercial terms under which Anthropic does not train its models on our inputs, and Atlassian Rovo does not train on customer data.

Claude, on Interfuze's Team plan, processes and stores data in the United States. Atlassian Rovo can keep data in Australia.

This website runs no AI model. Site search and the AI readiness check work by fixed rules in your browser, with no AI involved. If we add an AI feature to this website, we will update this statement before it goes live.

Some abstract images on this website were made with an AI image model. They show no people, places, products or results, and a person chose and checked each one before it was published.

We build and edit this website with the help of Claude Code, an AI coding tool. A person reviews every change on a preview before it is published.
