    Trust and security

What a procurement or security team needs to know before working with us: the government panels we are on, how we protect our systems and your data, and who to ask.

This page describes our practices in plain words. Ask us for more detail on any of them, or send us your security questionnaire.

    Government panels

Interfuze is on the WA Government's ICT Services Common Use Arrangement (CUAICTS2021) for ICT planning, consultancy and advisory services and ICT implementation services, and on the Australian Government's BuyICT Digital Marketplace Panel 2 (Professional and Consulting Services), Cloud Marketplace and Software Marketplace.

    Security practices

Our staff sign in with multi-factor authentication, using single sign-on where it is available, and administrator access is granted only when it is needed and for a limited time. If a security incident may have affected a client's data, we tell the client promptly and consider our obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

    Hosting and data residency

We deploy our own Azure applications in Microsoft's Australia East (Sydney) region by default.

    Our people

Every member of our staff has a police check when they join Interfuze.

    Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

    Accessibility

Our accessibility statement sets out the standard this website meets and how to report a problem.
