Branden Dekenah

EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Interfuze managing director Branden Dekenah

Branden is an entrepreneur and consultant working in technology, innovation, business and digital strategy.

He has a proven track record developing startup businesses, both in Australia and overseas. Recently, as managing director of Conducive, he led a highly engaged team that grew the business over six short years to include major international clients and revenues exceeding $8m.

He supports a portfolio of tech startups as seed investor and adviser and has held leadership positions in multinational finance, infrastructure and technology companies.

Over three decades, Branden has consulted across Africa, South East Asia, USA and South America on management, business, technology strategy and system development.

His experience spans IT, intelligent transport, smart card systems, industrial automation, financial services and telecommunications.

Branden holds an honours degree in commerce, diplomas in engineering and computer science, and a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin University. He is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

LINDSEY DUNCAN

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Interfuze Lindsey Duncan principal consultant

Lindsey is an Agile and technical consultant with 20 years experience in software development and Agile delivery.

Starting her career in investment banking in the UK she gained in-depth experience in writing high throughput, low latency, highly distributed applications as well as an understanding of the problems associated with large scale application delivery and support.

This ignited a passion for quality software development practices including automated testing, DevOps, the use of Agile and building the relationships needed to achieve project success. Skills which combined to develop a proven track record of delivering on time and to budget whilst leading teams both large and small, onshore and offshore.

Able to converse across technical and non-technical audiences Lindsey is most at home applying her wide range of skills and lateral thinking to deliver best fit solutions to challenging projects whilst reducing risk and ensuring early business value.

Lindsey is a passionate advocate for Agile project delivery, working with Agile since 2001 and has experience of Scrum, Scrum at Scale and ‘no-estimate’ delivery.  This passion comes from seeing the step change in what can be achieved when you consistently deliver, building trust with your clients to become a single team with a shared goal.

Lindsey holds a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science from Imperial College, London and is an Associate of the City and Guilds of London Institute. She is ICAgile certified and a certified Scrum Master. Her domain experience includes financial services, online retail, resources, telecoms and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Interfuze, Lindsey was a Practice Lead at Empired (now Capgemini), responsible for developing bespoke applications for clients across a wide range of industries. Championing Agile practices & great development.

TIM DE BOER

Director

Interfuze director Tim De Boer

Tim is an Agile and technical consultant with over 20 years experience in software and solution delivery.

Pragmatic and commercially aware - Tim is adept at developing strategic visions in tune with the business. His diverse history in leadership, management and technical skills combine to create an adaptable consultant able to push through obstacles and deliver the goods.

Tim’s passion for next level transformation drew him to Agile in its early days. Keen to see its benefits spread he began a long journey dedicated to promoting and improving Agile practices in the Perth IT community.

He has held several leadership positions responsible for establishing and maintaining healthy Agile ecosystems, served as organiser of the 2000+ member Agile Perth Meetup and sponsored several other smaller Agile meetups.

Tim spent several years with Perth consultancy Conducive as software development practice manager where he played a key part in Conducive’s growth and success. He later held the position of Agile architect and national DevOps specialist for international consultancy Empired (now Capgemini).

Tim holds a degree in commerce and computer science and has experience across multiple industries including mining, health, transport, energy, agriculture, insurance, government, finance, oil and gas.

Bas Roemermann

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Interfuze principal consultant Bas Roemermann

Bas is a skilled IT professional with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Bas started his career in IT as a co-founder of an Internet startup in the Netherlands, where he was responsible for the design and delivery of highly specialised, bespoke solutions for a variety of industries.

Working in this highly competitive, constantly evolving industry, Bas honed his skills in software engineering and Agile delivery; putting to good use his pragmatic approach to problem solving to deliver the best outcomes for his clients.  

With a passion for system integration, Bas has extensive experience establishing integration capabilities in small and large organisations. He enjoys mentoring individuals to maximise levels of productivity, fostering cohesive team environments and building strong relationships within the client organisation.

Bas has exposure to a wide variety of industries including agriculture, mining, education, health care, law enforcement, hospitality, and manufacturing.

RAJAT SADDI

LEAD CONSULTANT

Interfuze Rajat Saddi lead consultant

Raj Saddi is a Lead Consultant at Interfuze, where he leads a number of digital transformation and better business projects using a combination of Agile and DevOps practices.

Raj has 20 years experience working within the IT and technology sector for various industries across WA. His passion for agile and problem solving using technology came about from a very young age.

He is an accomplished software developer complimented by several years' experience in solution architecture, design and delivery using enterprise-level best practice with pragmatic tailoring to the needs and maturity of his clients.

Empowering people with IT skills is a passion of Raj because he believes in the crucial role that technology plays in peoples' lives today and increasingly into the future. He is also passionate about girls in Technology.

Raj holds a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering and a Master's in Computer Science. He is an ICAgile certified professional - Agile Project and Delivery Management.

When Raj is not out solving architecture, software and technical problems, he's researching, planning and dreaming about distilling his own whisky.

LENNY WHITEHEAD

Lead CONSULTANT

Interfuze lead consultant Lenny Whitehead

Lenny is an Agile and technical consultant with over 20 years global experience in software development, business analysis and project management.

He gained his development experience with the likes of Accenture, Avanade and UBS Investment Bank in the UK and Europe plus has also worked for the Commonwealth Games and Shell Energy Operations in Australia.​

As an Agile Coach with plenty of certifications, he loves helping organisations discover requirements and deliver products on time while following ever changing best practices.

Lenny is especially adept at workflow tools like Jira and other Atlassian products and these skills merged with a focus on leveraging Agile and Lean techniques help discover and deliver value consistently.​​

PETER GORTON

Peter Gorton assumes the role of Interfuze's inaugural Business Development Manager, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology sales. 
 
Peter has a steadfast commitment to delivering innovative, customer-focused, and value-driven solutions, fostering strategic growth throughout his tenure. Notably, Peter spent a decade as a Client Executive at Empired and most recently a Director at Capgemini (shortly after the acquisition of Empired). 

With a foundation in Information Management, Peter embarked on his professional journey driven by a passion for solving challenges and achieving outcomes.

He has a strong track record of successfully developing and nurturing long-term relationships with medium to large organisations across diverse industries and regions, both in Australia and internationally, including Singapore. 

Peter has played a pivotal role in spearheading the digital transformation initiatives of numerous businesses spanning various sectors. He achieves this by delivering excellence in account management, business development, and fostering collaborative partnerships.  
 
Peter has extensive knowledge and skills in the Microsoft suite, as well as Atlassian, Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle platforms.

His commitment to driving success through technological innovation and strategic collaboration positions him as an asset in advancing Interfuze's commitment to delivering real, early, and continuous value.
