At Interfuze, "Quality Consultants, Great Results" isn't just a phrase on our website. It’s the benchmark we use to hire, work and measure every engagement. But we know that quality is subjective unless it is measured.
That is why, for the past five years, we have maintained an anonymous quarterly feedback loop with our clients. We don’t just want to know what we’re doing well; we want to ensure we are living up to the promise we made to you.
The Results of Accountability
In our latest quarterly survey (Q4 2025), our clients awarded us a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 92. In an industry where a score above 70 is considered "World Class," this result is a clear signal that our focus on reliability and partnership is hitting the mark.
Additionally, across the past half a decade, over 97% of clients rate us Excellent or Above Average in three separate metrics of quality, effectiveness, and service!
What "Quality" Means to Our Clients
Along with the Net Promoter score our survey asks our clients to rate us on a 5 point scale from Poor to Excellent on Quality, Value for Money, Effectiveness and Customer Service with the option to explain why they chose the rating. The themes that came from this feedback were:
We are equally humbled and encouraged by the following words from our clients:
Thank you to all our clients who trust us as your technology and business partner.
Our Promise Moving Forward
While we are proud of these numbers, we see them as a responsibility. These scores represent the trust you place in us to solve your most complex challenges. We will continue to listen, adapt, and hold ourselves to these world-class standards.
In addition, as we step into another year, our focus remains the same: helping WA and Australian organisations with thoughtful, practical technology solutions.
In 2026, we’ll continue delivering across custom development, rapid delivery with Microsoft and Atlassian, and advisory, roadmap, and architecture services.
We’re also growing, welcoming three new team members soon, and looking forward to being more involved in local tech and community events.
