When EMHS staff asked for better opportunities to track and grow their personal development, Interfuze helped bring the Peak Performance App to life. After an earlier prototype stalled, Interfuze partnered with the Digital Design and Innovation (DDI) team to rebuild and launch the solution, streamlining how managers and employees create and manage development plans.
