Interfuze worked with the Digital Design and Innovation team at East Metropolitan Health Service to improve their Patient Blood Management App that monitors and supports high-risk patients. The Interfuze team uplifted a citizen-built Power App by rebuilding data logic, refining UX design, and embedding SQL best practices to make it scalable and reliable.
