Auscare came to Interfuze on the back of a growing NDIS capability that was unable to be serviced by their current line of business systems. They required new systems to appropriately service this arm of the business. Given these diverse arms were met by a common pool of staff and otherservices – such as training, rostering and marketing – Auscare further required any new business systems be well integrated into a seamless whole.
